Started as The Evergreen Design Studio in 2015, we have now alchemized into Alchemy in Mangalore. We are a multi- disciplinary firm with specialization in residential architecture and interior design.
At Alchemy, we understand that architecture is not just about constructing buildings and interiors;

Meet The Team
Dilip Lobo
Dilip is a graduate from the architecture department at MIT in Manipal. He has worked at Dharmaraj Associates, Mangalore from 2010 - 2011. Right after, he took a sabbatical of 2 years exploring and immersing himself in the various cultures of the country. From 2013- 2015 , Dilip has worked as a freelancer working on numerous residential projects. In 2015 he co-founded The Evergreen Design Studio, and worked on residential, commercial and religious buildings. In 2023 he co-founded 'Alchemy', which specializes in residential architecture and interiors.
Dilip is passionate of design and its influence on the human experience.
He loves watching spaces transform.

Ryan Monteiro
Ryan, an engineer by profession, graduated from St. Joseph's College of Engineering in Mangalore. After graduation in the year 2011, he went on to freelance in Bangalore until 2015, where he worked and gained knowledge in many domains. In 2015, he returned to Mangalore and co-founded The Evergreen Design Studio with Dilip and worked on the execution and design of several projects. Ryan joined 'Northern Sky' builders as the Operations Manager of their modular furniture factory in 2020 and implemented more than 50 projects in various apartments in Mangalore. With extensive knowledge in modular furniture design and execution, Ryan, with a keen eye for detail, spearheads the interior execution wing of the firm.
